Sip Code helps visitors discover wine country and helps wineries manage how they show up. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, winery name, and the content of any message or application you submit. If you create an account, we store your login email and account status. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, so we can keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, review winery access requests, operate winery listings, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our site, database, and email delivery.
How we store it
Information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, with access limited to the people who need it to run Sip Code. We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. Write to us at hello@sipcode.ca and we will reply within 48 hours.
